Put your feet down the ground!

This is kinda funny because today when I was eating I read on the swedish newspaper Ny Teknik that the swedish police will start using footcuffs, hehe. When they see a thief: “Put your hands in the air!” while another says “and put your feet down the ground!”. The thief would probably start laughing. Someone comment the article and said “What happens if there is an accident and the car must be evacuated and the person is stuck?”

And the “smiley” problem is .. well.. fixed. But the only way is to save them as a GIF file and then paste in to the site. :( Or should I say ?
