CrunchBase

I goofed around Wakoopa (NO, this ain’t a Wakoopa site - sorry) and right-clicked on the Wakoopa tracker where you can suggest a application. On the site it said “All web apps we track are taken from CrunchBase.”. Of course as Apprentice Kid I was forced to learn what CrunchBase did. My first “Aha!” was that “just another wannabe Wikipedia site”. I wasn’t wrong, it is a Free (like Wikipedia) Database (and yeah.. like Wikipedia) but it was focused in the subject Tech. Great to find information about companies (I searched “football” and it didn’t show up geeky things!) and about techfreaks like Leo Laporte.

.. Now I will (this is the first time) check Oprah’s twitter.
